Henry Emory is the man of the house — husband to Lucky Emory and father to Ruby, Gracie and Chester Emory. After the death of his son, Henry moves his family from Chatham County, North Carolina to Compton, California, a predominantly white neighborhood, in hopes of fresh start. However, shortly after their arrival, he begins to experience supernatural phenomenons.
